Koi are colorful domestic mutations of the common carp and are classified into the same genus and species, Cyprinus carpio. Koi are fast growing and can maintain a maximum length of 38 inches. They grow rapidly reaching up to 7 inches in the first year, though optimal growth is dependent upon temperature and proper nutrition. Koi like cool water a from around 16 to 24 degrees Celsius.

This year we have made some exciting changes! We now allow ordering over the phone and payment through PayPal for fish orders - we will ship fish throughout the USA.
ON-LINE FISH PURCHASE INFORMATION:
Most every week we select 5-10 koi to auction online. Look for our fish on e-bay.
Additionally, we ship fish year round on a weekly basis. Please e-mail us at sales@greenfinproducts.com with your order. We ship UPS Next Day to all locations throughout the USA.
We generally ship Tuesday of each week. Please notify us if you want a specific grade and size of fish. We are happy to combine fish in one shipment but will only ship 30 inches of fish per box, and shipping charges vary depending on order particulars. Please contact Josh at sales@greenfinproducts.com or call us direct. We will take your order and send you a PayPal invoice for the sale. For reserving fish we charge a $10.00 holding fee per week. Not all sizes or types of fish will be available every week, but if you have a special request we will do our best to procure it for you.
All koi have been quarantined for at least 4 weeks prior to shipment.

COMBINED SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Combined shipping is always available, and will be calculated based upon your order.
SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- We ship fish every Tuesday after payment is made. Fish are always shipped overnight for next day delivery unless special arrangements have been made and agreed upon in advance.
- Saturday arrival is available for extra shipping costs. Message us to request an invoice including shipping for Saturday arrival.
- We will forward you a tracking number the evening that your box ships.
- We no longer allow local pick-up.
- If for any reason you believe an error has occurred in calculating the price of any of our items in our PayPal invoice please notify us at sales@greenfinproducts.com. We can then check our records and send out revised invoices, if necessary.
Payment is accepted through PayPal only. Payment must be made within 5 days of the purchase request or a $10 holding fee per fish will be charged. After 10 days the order will be canceled but the holding fees still apply. Shipping will be done via UPS Next Day Air. Shipping costs will vary from $10 to $150 (Hawaii extra) dollars depending on your proximity to our location.
We GUARANTEE that you will receive your fish alive and healthy. However, in the event that your fish are DOA, a picture of the deceased fish with the tail removed will need to be sent to sales@greenfinproducts.com within 24 hours of shipment arrival. All legitimate DOA claims will be honored and the cost of the fish will be refunded. We are not responsible for shipping charges on DOAs or replacements.
